All iJetDigital InkJet Solutions products are manufactured under stringent QA guidelines, inks are manufactured to "sub-micron levels” ensuring excellent trouble free performance batch to batch. iJetDigital InkJet Solutions products "performance warranty under normal operating and storage conditions", inks will not damage digital print-heads. If a print head problem occurs, (excessive drop out, head clogs, chemical attack etc.) iJetDigital InkJet Solutions, will do full analysis of retained batch samples to identify potential cause of catastrophic head failure or damage due to ink. If digital head requires replacement, head will be sent to iJetDigital InkJet Solutions for identification and documentation of failure caused by ink. If iJetDigital InkJet Solutions, ink product found at fault, iJetDigital InkJet Solutions, will compensate your end user for replacement cost at iJetDigital InkJet Solutions expense.
