How are shipping costs calculated? Our Storefront is linked directly to our shipping partners. When you enter your zip code, we calculate by weight and dimension of your order. You will see realtime shipping costs, so there are no surprises when it comes to your order.
Are iJetDigital's products drop-in, or Plug and Play? Our products are made to the same exacting standards as OEM Products. Generally speaking, if you are switching from OEM Inks to iJetDigital Inks, you will not need to flush. However, if you are using another third party ink, we would recommend you order a flush kit with your first order. As with any color based output, there will be variations in media from manufacturers from lot to lot. You made need to adjust your color space to accommodate any color variations that may occur.
